Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Mix flour and salt with a whisk. Then add milk, egg, and oil and whisk until just blended. Finally, add the baking powder. Whisk or fold until just blended.
- Measure out 1/3 cup of batter onto heated pan or griddle.
